About Frank

Who is Frank and how can he help?

With anxiety, panic and trauma, counseling is about teaching you ways to feel calmer, safer, less fearful and more confident. Originally trained in Behavior Analysis and Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Frank has over 25 years of private practice experience. He also has been trained in less traditional approaches that can help you not only calm your mind and slow your thoughts but also relax your body. He utilizes Energy Psychology and uses EFT, EMDR, HeartMath techniques, mindfulness meditation, and relaxation exercises.

With his extensive experience, Frank is able to get to the root of your problems and develop a plan to help you very quickly. Clients often say they feel more peaceful after seeing him. Credentials

Frank graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Grand Valley State University, in Allendale, Michigan. After working a few years, he went on to obtain a M.S. at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. He later moved to Florida and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH2129) and later a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MT2196). He also is a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
